Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, life dream or even a deeply held belief, the process can be wrought with chaos, frustration, strife, not to mention deep pain and despair. We take a hit physically, mentally, and emotionally. Join Gretchen Cline, Ph.D., E-RYT for a Kundalini Yoga Workshop focused on “moving through” grief gently and whole-heartedly and aligning our grieving with our soul’s purpose or Dharma. Kundalini Yoga Kriyas and meditations offer tools to powerfully transform our losses into healing, light, and joy.
After practicing Kundalini Yoga--kriya, pranayama, gong bath, guided imagery, and meditation--we’ll flash draw/write and share in small groups. Participants will create their own grief toolbox.
